The ladies have been buzzing here in Long Island at the Hairsay Salon about the recent fashion appearances at the 2013 Golden Globes ceremonies. The hot topic, of course, is the risqué gown worn by Miranda Kerr. The 29-year-old Victoria’s Secret, model showed up on the red carpet draped in the oxblood, chiffon design by Zuhair Murad. The beautiful yet daring gown featured a plunging neck line, mid-thigh front split with gathered ruffle at the hip. Kerr paired the lovely gown with a double hint of satin designed by Ferragamo. Our favorite of her accessories was, obviously, husband, Orlando Bloom.

At a close second, was the cheeky but elegant Louis Vuitton dress worn by Rachel Weisz. Weisz dazzled us with a mixture of satin, strapless mini-dress and peek-a-boo polka dots, escorted by her daringly handsome hubby, Daniel Craig. With her beautiful retro hairstyle, Jimmy Choo sandals, and a Bulgari Serpenti bracelet, she was a force to be reckoned with.

Other noteworthy dare-to-wearers of risqué were Jennifer Lopez and Taylor Swift. Lopez wore a stunning nude, Zuhair Murad gown with elegant embroidered lace overlay. Swift, a risk-taker herself this year, wore a Donna Karan Atelier gown in deep plum. However, it was Eva Longoria, who once again took us back to the plunging neck line and high-slit features of Kerr’s Zuhair Murad gown.

Longoria arrived wearing a black lace and satin Emilio Pucci dress. Unfortunately, the Desperate Housewives favorite had her own Super Bowl moment, as she had a nip-slip during her walk down the red carpet. The actress seemed to take the incident in stride, while onlookers and photogs took it all in.
