Natalie Portman has debuted an awesome hairstyle — and, she looks incredible.  After previously chopping her hair into a blunt bob with subtle ombré highlights, Portman showed up last night at the Cinema Society screening of Thor with a brand-new shade of rich brown chestnut gracing her collarbone-length locks.

Portman is no stranger to big hair changes. She boldly shaved her head before Hollywood pixies were a thing, and somehow managed to look sensational at every stage of the growing-out process. It’s like Portman has a mysterious genetic advantage that causes her to not only pull off a shaved head, blond locks, or brunette curls, but look as if she was born to wear each very different hairstyle.

Since there are, historically, so many beautiful options, we’d have a tough time picking out a favorite Portman hairstyle. But, we will argue that this glossy shade and sleek cut seem to complement her beautiful bone structure better than any ‘do we’ve seen.
