What is the latest trend among royalty for fall?  Well, look no further than the Middelton sisters who have been turning heads since entering the Royal scene during Kate Middleton’s courtship to Prince William as a college co-ed at St. Andrews.

It’s all in the family as both Kate Middleton and her sister Pippa have cut their signature long, wavy tresses into shorter, more manageable bobs.  Pippa has recently opted for a blunt cut, wearing her glossy brunette tresses in a classic bob hitting right above her shoulders, while Kate has gone a tad longer with a bob sometimes called a Lob in style lingo.  It is a longer bob, hence the name.  Kate’s lob also has highlighted, wavy, textured, long layers throughout, while Pippa’s is one length and with a straight and sleek style.  It was all about the braided updo for her wedding, but post-honeymoon she went for a much shorter center-parted, shoulder length style.  The sister to the Duchess of Cambridge, and beauty icon is setting a definite trend for fall and into the new year.
